Q: How Do I Accumulate points?

A:  Shoppingian gives you the opportunity to accumulate bonus points:

  1. Sign up: 500 points
  2. From products you purchase: unlimited points
  3. Friend referrals: 50 points
  4. Purchases made by your referrals: unlimited points
  5.  You can also earn bonus points by sharing our products to recommended social media websites: 10 points

 

 Attention: Your points are valid for 365 days. If not used, the points will be transferred to charity associations cooperating with our site.

 

Q: How to redeem points?

If you make a purchase of 10000 AMD or more, you will be able to Redeem 7% of your earned points. You must have at least 500 points to be able to redeem (1 point = 1 AMD).

 

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: You can make payment with all major international credit cards or (swift) transfer.

 

Q: To which countries does shoppingian deliver?

A: Shoppingian delivers to up to 212 country worldwide.

 

Q: When can I find out about the status of my shipment?

A: You will receive an email upon shipment of product with tracking number.

 

Q: What can I do If I placed a wrong order?

A: Contact us at return@shoppingian.com. Orders are usually made by the next business day. Provide us with your order number and we will do everything we can to help you.

 

Q: How do I receive my order?

A:  While your order will be delivered to your email address, you will receive an email from Shoppingian.com detailing the delivery of the goods. You will be provided with a shipping code, which you can track the entire delivery process. Realizing the importance of your order, Shoppingian.com will also follow the delivery and ensure delivery on time. Please contact us within 7 days of the product training so that we can help with the return of the goods.

 

Q: What happens if I don’t receive my order?

A:  Contact your post office. If you don’t receive it there, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@shoppingian.com

 

Q: How do I receive a refund?

A: Contact return@shoppingian.com. When we receive your returned product, our sales department will check and inform you by email that we have returned product. We will also send you confirmation of qualification for a refund.

If you are qualified for a refund, your refund will be returned in full to the payment method you made the purchase within 5-10 business days. If confirmation of return if accepted, 100% of payment will be refunded to the form of payment used to make purchase.
