If a customer wants to return a product, they must notify the arrival of the product. We accept returns of all products on our site and issue a 100% refund. Returned products must not be opened or used and must have all original tags and packaging. Delivery and return payments must be paid by buyer if the product is not wanted. If a wrong a product is sent, return delivery is paid by Shoppingian and a full refund or exchange (of same value) is issued.
